The Mac, From Apple Remain The Worlds Most Reliable Computers. With Crash-Proof Operating System And Simple, Yet Sophisticated Design And Features, Mac OS X Will Amaze You Every Time.
I have owned this particular model since August 2005, never had ANY problems, NEVER crashed, NEVER had a virus, and it has done everything i have wanted it to.
This little beast has a 1.42 GHz IBM Power Pc Processor, Which may not sound a lot, compared to new windows pcs, however this runs any task twice as fast as my 3.2 GHZ Pentium 4.
DO NOT be put off by the specs as Mac OS X will use the hardware to its full advantage and will run very fast on a processor only this speed.
For the mini itself, it is very small, has good connectivity with built in bluetooth and Wi-Fi (apples calls Airport).
Has a DVI Connector for DVI Screens & HD Tv, and an adapter for regular VGA Screens.
I really cannot see any faults for this machine, its definately the best value for money mac out there, and is perfect if you are new to Mac OS
Advantages: Small, Compact, Fast! Disadvantages: Have to have a computer screen, mouse and keyboard.

Advantages: Small, stylish Disadvantages: Not powerful enough, WiFi is useless, discs get jammed
...I owned on of these for about a week before I returned it.
The reason I think this is a failure is because it is not mini after all the adapters you have to plug in before it even gets close to being any use.
First of all you will have to have the VGA adapter connected to it, because the MacMini only has DVI output, before you can connect a monitor. Then comes connecting up the keyboard and mouse (its supplied with wireless keyboard and mouse however the range is about a meter), there goes one of the two USB ports. Now you will also to by an external usb floppy drive, there goes port 2 of 2, and if you wish to use a printer, then you will have to buy a USB hub.
The networking is standard, however is you want wireless its going to cost you.
The MacMini has very little power, so expect long waiting times and slow downloads...

...Just to start, I've edited this post under advice from others.
So here goes. Apple recently released new models of the Macmini, but they are basically the same as mine, just a bit faster. However, I'll write the review on the new models from my experience with an old one.
This is one amazing bit of kit. Its so small, the pictures just dont do it justice. Smaller than an average mouse mat and just 2 inches tall, this just shouldnt be able to be a computer. However, it features all the connectors and sockets to plug it into standard pc equipment and works like a charm.
This thing is capable of doing anything you expect of a modern pc. It even comes with Apple's brand new OS, 10.4 Tiger to boot. Trust me this is the best operating system in the world, once your used to it you wont want to go back to 'windoze'.
The only down...

I recently upgrade from a 1.5Ghz G4 stealth upgrade Mac Mini to the Core 2 Duo 1.83 Ghz mini and I am very impressed with the performance improvements. With Xbench the Core 2 Duo was approximately twice as fast as the G4 on many tests.
