Advantages: Widescreen display
Disadvantages: Could be a little cheaper

...Well what can I say, a perfect display from a top notch company. Expect nothing less than perfect with Apple products. I used to be a huge PC fan but with the Intel chips and great designs of the Macs these days i'm really into my Apple products these days. As a Systems Administrator at a large design firm, I have recommended these products over another alternative (Formac for instance) ok so the Apple display costs quite a bit extra, but it's money well spent. The Formacs display quality cannot even begin to compare with the Apple display. The resolution is great and as with all LCD screens, the refresh rate is best viewed at 60hz for optimum performance. These will soon be replacing all of our CRT LaCie monitors as they're nowhere near as bulky/heavy and offer even better quality.... Read review

Advantages: Sleek, stylish and holds loads of music
Disadvantages: Quite expensive

Whilst I fancied a change I did not want to spend the extra so decided to go for another iPod, which wasn?t such a big deal since I am very familiar with the brand and know the quality of the products. I wasn?t bothered about a colour screen or the ability to play videos and I would have happily settled for a bog standard iPod. What I wanted was a massive hard drive with the ability to hold all of my music collection in one place. ****80gb classic**** This iPod is as basic as you can get. It is aluminum, 4.1 inches tall, 2.4 inches wide, and .41 inches deep. It has a 2.5 inch diagonal screen that displays 320×240 pixels. ...Apple's new iPod Touch is a little confusing. It looks just like an iPhone, but it's not a phone and it lacks other iPhone features, such as a camera and Bluetooth. And, while the iPod Touch neither looks nor acts anything like a traditional iPod - and offers only a tenth the capacity of a similar-sized iPod Classic - it does perform iPod functions, and that's how Apple positions it. Perhaps the most confusing element is the iPod Touch's wireless feature. Obviously aimed at selling iTunes content, WiFi incidentally provides Web access via a special version of Safari and a YouTube application, but email is conspicuously absent.
