    Advantages Advantages Small, very compact & light, so easy to use for word processing, quick, well made, good display.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages MagSafe charger unique to design, no microphone jack. pricey - but then it is an Apple!

    A couple of months ago I made the hasty decision to buy another Macbook for surplus requirements after a friend of mine recommended to try and find a refurbished second hand model instead of paying £1000 for the latest model. This was really more than just for “surplus requirements,” though since the school I was working in didn’t have a laptop for me to work on and I figured with certain software already installed, it made sense to have another Macbook just for work purposes where I could swap and add any files on via a memory stick on my OWN computer since schools these days don’t allow any ... more
