Advantages: a joy to use, good software, easy to get to grips with.
Disadvantages: not all software is available on the Mac, C4 online for eg.

Advantages: appearance, utra-portability, trackpad supports multi-touch gestures like iPhone & iPod touch
Disadvantages: highly priced, gets overheated leading to CPU lock up

...anyone would be depressed. The recessed nature of the ports allows for sleekest of headphone cords and most petite of USB devices and you may need an extension cord. The external mouse is bluetooth enabled and only need a USB port to occassionally synchronize and charge our iPod or iPhone, the MacBook Air's hardware limitations may not be a deal-breaker for the buyers. Fortunately there are some MacBook regulars like MagSafe connector, the iSight Webcam and the ambient light sensor. Besides its clear leaning towards the ultra-portable segment, the Apples MacBook Air has been in the news for its disadvantages too besides its fame for being the sleemest notebook computer.
