First thing when someone wants to buy mac one wants know the diffrence between mac and windows. When i first baught a mac it was a little diffrent and hard to operate. But once you get use it most people become a mac fan. The biggest diffrance in mac and windows is GRAPHICS ---- way better in mac. The bettery life is just great.
Mac is much easier to operate once you learn it. Usually faster than winfows. You can even see the diffrance when you first buy these products If a PC takes a day to set up and the Mac takes an hour over the lifetime of the computer. I bought a Mac for home, eventhough there are PCs out there that are less expensive and the majority of users own PCs. I love the ease of use, and the graphics capabilities of Macs. Also, Macs seem to be easier to troubleshoot than PCs, because the interface is user friendly.
All kinds of software is available for the Macs, including games, database, project management, Microsoft Office, utilities and Internet applications, etc. But there is still some software lacking for mac because most people are still using windows. After few years PC with windows don't work as well as they should and in windows are not that protected against viruses. BUT mac is fully protected and is more successfull than windows.
