An Apple a day

Advantages Quick, stylish, great screen
Disadvantages Could be better value if extras were thrown in
For a laptop for use by someone, like myself, who is not an Apple expert this computer is probably far too much. I probably don't even know or use half the features.
Why then did I buy it? I liked the 17" screen, the fact that is lighter and easier to carry around than rivals and it looks good. Beyond that it is pretty quick and the battery life excellent. The Apple sales technique is simple - unlike many other computer firms they really do explain things properly to someone who isn't a computer nerd.Faults are certainly the lack of compatibility between Apple products and other devices such as a Blackberry, for example. Worse still is that even when paying this high price Apple don't throw in very much. Extra warranty, Apple Pro Care, etc. should surely be included.
