Manufacturer's product description
Now you'll never lose your work or interrupt a DVD movie because your battery runs out at 35, 000 feet. The MagSafe Airline Power Adapter will keep your MacBook or MacBook Pro juiced throughout your flight. Sleek and light, it works with in-seat DC power ports available on many commercial airliners - both EmPower ports and 20mm ports with the included adapter. Because it's a MagSafe Adapter, you'll continue to enjoy MagSafe convenience just as you're already enjoying at home or work. The magnetic DC plug both ensures a tight connection and enables a clean break from the power port if there is undue tension - preventing your MacBook from being pulled off of your tray table if someone accidentally yanks the cord.
...The design of this is of very high quality, and it's an extremely clever concept - instead of tripping over your laptop power cable and damaging yourself, the cable or the laptop, the magnetic connection used on this adaptor means the cable will just pop out with no harm done. (NB this only works on newer mac laptops).
However, design comes at a cost and this is not cheap - up to twice cost of another laptop manufacturer's adaptor, so make sure you don't loose it. It comes with an extension cable which lets you extend it to 2m, which is very useful, and it does run a little on the warm side. It's completely silent but makes a very quiet whistling sound when you remove it from a socket......

Overall Personal Review of the MacBook
I’ve had my MacBook for close to three months now, so I will review the laptop as best I can. Making the transition between a PC and a Mac can often be a strenuous task, after reading a lot of opinion, forums, papers and mainly a bulk of second hand information I knew exactly what to expect, I’m glad to say that it wasn’t as half as bad as I thought it would be.
Luckily I had the contents of my iTunes, and all my documents and photographs...

Advantages: Lightweight, Sleek, No Viruses. Disadvantages: No SuperDrive, Not Enough RAM, Poor Power Adapter, Casing Can Corrode.
...I've had this PowerBook for about 18 months, so i have some good experience of it. This laptop is one of the most solid i've ever had, as i have given it quite a beating, and its still going strong. There are some design flaws with this product though. For example, the choice of Aluminium for the case is good for weight saving, put the PH of your hands reacts with Al and corrodes the metal. I have some serious bits of corrosion on the mouse pad and under the keyboard. Also, i have had to replace the poweradapter on this laptop 5 times, which is incredible. Apple have been good on the support side and replaced the poweradapter each time free of charge. Despite these problems, i would still recommend the PowerBook G4. The main reason for this is OSX, the operating system which comes with laptop. It is such an amazing thing to use, much...
