If you didn't know already, Apple Macs also tend to be quite good at dealing with audio files and it is so much quicker and easier to do it on Apple than on a Windows PC. Unfortunately, when you buy this tower, you don't get a monitor with it although there is a recommended monitor which is by Apple which is perfectly suited with this. Advantages: All in one - slim design - apple osx and ilife etc
Disadvantages: expandability

...If your looking for a fast slim computer with a small footprint this is it. You get all the great apple software, tiger, ilife etc. All the ports are easily acessable. If you get the bluetooth option and keyboard and mouse you have hardly any cables at all. (please not the bluetooth mouse does go through batteries though!). This is just so easy to setup and use. This is how computing should be. I was up and running and on line in about 15mins from getting it out of the box. The setup for Tiger is so easy and you can transfer your old setup from another mac if you have a firewire cable. I would strongly recommend this to beginners. The large screen is great for DVDs and working on graphics - really bright and clear. It's realy easy to add addtional memory as well. ...I purchased a powermac G4/400MZ/128MB/10GB/250MB ZIP DRIVE/OS9 in June and I have had a great deal of trouble with it. Constant crashes, sometimes even freezes on startup with extensions off! I have virtual PC version 3 (with update) installed and have had major problems with it, difficulties printing from the virtual PC - in short very disappointing and frustrating. I get the feeling I've bought a machine with an operating system that has only half tested and been rushed out. I was advised to download OS 9.04 but it has made little difference. It's all the more frustrating when you glimpse how good the G4 can be when running well. I have had USB problems causing false freezes and some days it is just crash, crash, crash for no reason I have been able to fathom (and I have tried everything that everyone has suggested.) 128MB...
