A while back I purchased an iMac 21.5 inch from our local Apple store. I was excited when I got back home to open the rather heavy box. The one thing I can say is that the iMac was extremly well packaged in it's foam. The screen had a large foam/cloth like cover protecting it and the mouse was in it's own little pouch. I was very happy to see Apple had put a lot of effort into just designing the packaging.
Upon starting up the iMac I was greeted with an extremely helpful setup wizard, taking me through all the steps, even setting up the keyboard etc. In my opinion it was a much better and faster setup experience than Windows XP, Vista or 7.
After less than 15 minutes I was doing my usual computer tasks (well, at a more satisfying speed than before), exploring the extremely easy interface and taking funny photos on 'Photo Booth'.
`The interface is sleek, modern and quirky, it's extremely easy to navigate and I found that iTunes works like a dream on here compared to on Vista, although that is to be expected from Apple!
After nine months of using it I can truly say it was the best purchase I have ever made.. but, before I go I just need to give you a tip, LOOK CAREFULLY when inserting a SD card, 2 times I have put an SD card into the CD/DVD slot as they are so close together, luckily I got it out both times but some of you might not be so lucky... AND THERE IS NO WARRENTY COVERING THIS!

In today's performance-driven environment, memory upgrades provide an easy, economical alternative to increase system performance. Every memory product Kingston offers is designed to help you get maximum performance at the best price to you. One of the best ways to improve your Mac's performance Some applications such as photo and video editing, that run best on the Mac, can use a lot of memory. That's why outfitting your Mac with Kingston Mac Memory is one of the best things you can do to maximize your system's performance and agility. Upgrading memory can also be a cost-effective way to get more life out of your older system: before you trade up to a new one, just upgrade the memory. DDR3 is the third generation of Double Data Rate (DDR) SDRAM memory. Similar to DDR2, it is a continuing evolution of DDR memory technology that delivers higher speeds (up to 1600 MHz), lower power consumption and heat dissipation. It is an ideal memory solution for bandwidth hungry systems equipped with dual and quad core processors and the lower power consumption is a perfect match for both server and mobile platforms. Dual In-line Memory Modules, or DIMMs, closely resemble SIMMs. Like SIMMs, most DIMMs install vertically into expansion sockets. The principal difference between the two is that on a SIMM, pins on opposite sides of the board are tied together to form one electrical contact; on a DIMM, opposing pins remain electrically isolated to form two separate contacts.
