Apple iPad 3G + Wi-Fi 64GB

I bought this iPad on pre order when i first heard about the iPad coming out. I was amazed as it was almost the first tablet on the market. I always like to be the first to get the latest technology so i definately was not going to let this one go! I went to PCWorld to collect it the day that they came out. At first i was astonished on the box size as it was pretty thin, as i think everyone was use to the large laptop boxes! After much fanfare, the iPad finally landed on my shore. As expected, it was sold out within hours. But luck have it, I have managed to get one for myself. My first impression of it, a big iphone. But someone pointed out, it is more appropriate to call it the big ipod. Anyway, I started to play and meddle with it. Unlike the iPhone, the screen size for the iPad is perfect for reading. In my opinion the iPad is the only tablet you should ever buy, i have tried other tablets such as the Acer Iconia and various Samsung tablets and they just don't compare to the quality, usability, and durability. The iPad is well made, i've dropped my ipad quite a few times and all i have are a few small scratches on the aluminium, i spilt orange juice and at one time champagne on my iPad and it still works just like it did when it was brand new. Since the day i bought my iPad i have used it everyday. Whether its for university, Viewing live data from my workplace, or just relaxing in my spare time and having some fun. The long length battery life is an impeccable addition to apple products. The HD screen lets me watch up to 10 hours of my favourite movies without charging. A great aspect for someone who does a lot of traveling. The apple Ipad surpassed my expectations. Not only did it do what it said, it went well beyond that in many areas such as the battery life and portability. Battery life in that you can easily get 11 hours out of it (even with vigorous gaming) even though apple advertises 10 hours. Portability as I actually can fit it into a coat pocket if I use enough force. Having said that their are a few places were the Ipad could improve such as increasing its bluetooth capabilities, but this to be expected from an apple device.
