    Advantages Advantages Contains card reader and USB connector. Image uploading very quick. Supports main file type.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Should come as standard from Apple. Card reader only supports SD cards.

    I recently purchased the Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit for the price of £25 from Amazon, which arrived with me the day after ordering, as per their next day order promise. I did have a gripe when I got my iPad that there wasn't a built in card reader or that the iPad pack did not include a lead that would allow me to connect my camera to the iPad in order to upload my photos - but unfortunately, this wasn't the case.     I love my Ipad and as the months have passed I have purchased more and more accessories to try to make the most of my Ipad and make sure that I can use it for as many things as possible. The next item that I am reviewing is the Apple Ipad Camera connection kit, I purchased this as I was going on holiday and wanted to make sure that the photographs that I take with my camera were safe. This connection kit allows me to transfer the photos with ease to my Ipad, so that I can keep the space on my camera and do not have to worry about accidentally deleting any photographs which I have done before ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages may not be compatable with your downloader app

    The camera conector is very healpful for downloading pictures to facebook twitter myspace or just on your iPad for whatever reason that you need. However, depending on your downloader app it may take some time but most downloader apps are free anyways so you can simply download another one for free if the one that you already have is not going to work. If you are wanting to get an app that you have to pay for then you should probably find out what it is compatable with and that it will download it to whatever it is that you would want it to download it too.     The iPad camera connection kit works smoothly with Sd cards with pictures and videos stored on it, I have had no problems with that. Once an SD card is inserted into the slot and it is in the iPad the pictures app should shortly pop up, I would rate the SD card kit 5/5 stars.
