Apple iPhone 4S 32GB

The iPhone 4S is the best phone out on the market in my opinion. its got great features such as a brilliant camera, a great music service (iTunes and the built in player iPod), and to add the the great built in apps is the world-famous Apple App Store, which has hundreds of thousands of third-party apps for you to download whenever you want.

Lets start off with the design, it looks very similar to the iPhone 4 with what I only notice as two design changes. Firstly there is no black bar on the top of steel band the iPhone 4S whereas there is on the iPhone 4 and instead there are two bars on the steel band above the original ones - confusing I know. These extra bars are for the extra antenna that this iPhone includes; meaning "bye bye" to the death grip and "hello" to extra signal strength and better download speeds. The only other design change is the light sensor looks slightly different on the 4S to the 4. Nothing major.

The next thing is the UI (User Interface). The UI has been and I think always will be the full screen icon menu style, its simple and easy to use and thanks to the capacitive touch screen even light touches are picked up. The UI of the iPhone is made so that it is simple and so that everyone can use it.

Thirdly is the camera. The iPhone 4S boasts an 8 megapixel sensor giving a resolution of 3264 x 2448. You'll notice the amazing quality of the photo's straight away as they give loads and loads of detail meaning that the camera is more than sufficient as a replacement for a dedicated mid-range digital camera. The camera also features a flash mode, however I would not recommend using it unless necessary because the camera does not capture all the detail as when not using flash (see pictures below) (I was going to add photo's but they are "too big" showing that the phone does take good pictures!), if you do need to use the flash then I would recommend using a third-party app called Camera+ which features a torch mode instead of flash meaning that the camera has time to focus on its subject before capturing the image. The camera also features video recording in 1080p Full High Definition.

The final thing I am going to talk about is the App Store. Anyone who has ever used an iOS device before will have used the App Store. The App Store is a place for App developers to put their App's on a market for people to download. The App Store features tens of thousands of Apps both free and paid. Many of your favourite things such as Amazon, Facebook and Twitter are free on here too!

Overall its a great phone, highly recommended for anyone one of any age. However I can not justify an upgrade from iPhone 4 to iPhone 4S but I can justify an upgrade of any other phone to iPhone 4S
