...O2 would be stocking the Apple iPhone as of November the 9th. Not only was I looking for a new mobile contract, but also a replacement MP3 player so the Apple iPhone seemed ideal. I made plans to purchase the iPhone and on the evening of release made my way down to the nearest O2 store upon finishing work, bagging myself my very own iPhone at a price of £269. Although the price did seem a little steep, especially considering that I would be paying ... ...The design of the Apple iPhone was one of the first things that attracted me to it. I had previously been looking at the LG Prada phone which like this one is operated through touch sensitivity. This seemed an interesting concept to me, and having always used button based phones before I found that the absence of masses of buttons made the phone far more attractive than any I had owned in the past. Some would perhaps argue that the design of the ...

...Some history:
Apple have been making computers since the 1970's and were the first people to launch what we now call a home computer with the Apple II microcomputer in 1977. Since then, they have been at the front of design and innovation, despite having a few failures along the way, such as the Apple Newton in the 1990's. Apple have recently had two turnarounds, the first being the launch of the iMac in 1998 (basically a portable TV size computer ... ...the other in 2001 when Apple launched the iPod... The rest, as they say, is history!
iPhone history:
During late 2006, rumours were common that Apple were to launch a phone of some description, and these rumours were put to bed on the 29th June 2007 when Apple announced the iPhone. It was initially launched with a 4GB and 8GB memory, but was also launched into some confusion. The trademark iPhone actually belonged to Cisco. Whilst the details of ...

...giving a review on the Apple IPhone, ive had it for about two months now, and feel its about appropriate time to give my views on the product, as ive had enough time to play around and get use to it. The IPhone was given to me as a present, a few months back, I was at first not sure whether I wanted the IPhone, it seemed too expensive and full of applications and tools I really didn't want. I already had an Ipod and a Phone. so my thinking was why ... ...it's a way for both Apple and O2 to make some money. We then had to choose a price plan that suited me, I was always a texter, I could never finish my limits and so wanted something that would suit me, I got the £35 a month contract that included 600 minutes and 500 texts, more than enough to suit my needs. However for people looking for more or less options, they also had the following price plans;

Monthly charge £35: 600 minutes, 500 ...

...we all bought one, and Apple then brought one out which is twice the size. A tad annoying if you'd just bought the 8GB version perhaps, but good news if you didn't. Yes, the 16GB costs more, but oh oh oh, what a thing of beauty this is....
THE LOOK OF IT:
Hold the iPhone in your hand. It feels all square yet curvy at the same time. You could be Captain Kirk talking to Scotty in the engine room it's so space age. It has a 3.5in screen and a one ... ...THE BUILT-IN MP3 PLAYER
Now Apple have produced this 16GB version, the iPhone gives the iPod Touch a run for its money as the greatest MP3 player you can buy. You look through your music using the CoverFlow browsing system, which activates automatically when you turn the iPhone on its side. CoverFlow allows you to view your music by the album cover; touching an album will spin it around to reveal its contents. Oh that's so beautiful. I wish I'd ...
