Advantages Slim and Just magnificent- stores music and pics..what more do you want?
Disadvantages Damn- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COMPUTER THAT WORKS...LMAO
"Hehe......COOL, cheaper than the 2GB and still holds all my favourite songs"
Well i bought my iPOD nano from abroad, obviously because i got some discount and of course i was shopping at the duty free area of the airport. Well i bought the iPod nano but what use was it to me if i had no songs on them? Well i came home and it appeared that after leaving my computer turned off for so long, it didn't work......No computer to charge my iPOD, no computer to transfer songs onto it and no internet to download any more songs..............make sure you have a PC that works.
Also included was a Cd containing the software iTUNES which is perfect for transfering songs and pictures from your computer to your nano. It's really easy to use, and is available for both Apple Mac and Windows.
There are numerous things you can do on yuor iPOD nano whilst listening to music at the same time. Such as go through your photo collection, maybe by creating a slideshow. Or you might want to play games. You can easily sort and search through your music by genre or artist of the music or even album which i find quite useful when looking for my favourite song.
*SPECIFICATION*
*Size is 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.27 which was only to be expected it was going to be this small.
*The Screen display is 1.5 inches and is colour screen unlike some of the previous iPODs. The picture quality is really quite good, and in terms of photographs and pics, you can store them as Jpeg, BMP, and GIF most commonly.* Can store upto 240 songs but not always, it depends on the size of each of your songs. For me this wasn't enough so i ended up giving my nano to my sister and then buying a new one.
*Slim design and really simple with a touch sensitive pad. Easy to use. Believe it or not, your probably wandering why the back of the nano is metal and like a mirror which then leads onto the sides.... well, it kind of creates the illusion that the nano is smaller or shoudl i say thinner than it actually is---quite ingenious!!*So many accesories you can by the way such as the wrist strap and the socks for these devices.
*Has games -- wow -- although don't play too much, it seems to use up quite a lot of battery which seems to last approximately 14 hours before it needs charging again. But this is simply done by plugging it into the USB port on your computer.*Stopwatch timer feature,
*Also a calendar and notes section but these can only be transferred from your computer*Create photo slideshows and the graphics appear to be quite good on the small screen on the nano, but beware, photos also take up the memory so you wont be able to add as many songs on to your nano.

This is a really good review. It's entertaining whilst still getting the information across. My boyfriend has this product and i was suprised to learn you can get them engraved if you buy them from Apple.
