Lets get one thing straight this is one stylish machine. If that is all you are worried about while you are driving your new Ferrari then buy it.
However if you want a versitile value-for-money mp3 player then don't.
It looks good but from there-on things go down-hill. The battery life is very poor - I have to charge it everynight. Also the armband is way to big it just goes round my arms but, it just slips of my wife's puny arm. The small screen is very easily scratched and it doesn't come with radio - and to top it all it is almost as expensive as the real thing.
There battery is the biggest problem and yet apple are aware of this and yet they still have not solved it with the new IPOD mini.

This website will show you a short clip of someones battery that has run out and they will tell show you him ringing up Apple and the man will say 'nothing can be done, buy a new one, lose every song!'.
2) Made buy apple, so be proud, because they have good reputation.
3) You will look good in the gym with it.
DISADVANTAGES *******************
1) Battery, only has 8 hrs playback, nothing! and its big brother, the iPOD has 12hrs, still not that much.
2) Mugging magnet!
3) Range of features is all that good, pretty much it only plays songs and a few games. So no radio, which i think is important! (you can buy an add-on and its expensive and destriys the look of the iPOD for the radio).
4) No voice record! A irratant (anoy you) when at concerts or to record radio.
5) PRICE! expensive, i would advise you to just buy the iPOD becuase its not that much more money but has much more memory (this only 4GB, ipod = up to 40GB)
Yes the games are good, if you like black and white old fashioned pieces of crap - you get far better games on any java phone.
Don't buy it.
PS. The supplied headphones may look bloody tasty but they are not nearly as good as your standard sony 10 quid buds. Also if you are wearing the white headphones don't expect to live if you walk around south london after 6 in the afternoon.
PPS. Look at the iriver range - they are better value for money and all have built in radios.Overall i think that this is good for people who dont want those extra features and dont mind the price, but if not then go for something like an 'iriver' MP3 player, read my review on that, its good! I'd advise you to buy the iPOD normal one notthis one becuase its not that much more money.

Advantages: Very cool and sexy, Packed with features, Good sound quality through headphones, Disadvantages: Built in speaker quality, battery when online, durability, and price (but its Apple so y'know :) )
