This player is compact and stylish, and I found that it was the best balance between the cheap players with small capacities and the more expensive all-singing, all-dancing models. It has plenty of storage capacity, and the advantage of using iTunes is that you can store large amounts of music on your computer but quickly and easily change which tracks to put on your iPod. The downside is that sometimes iPods break easily: I had one before that broke without me doing anything to it. However, I found the player so useful that I preferred to save up for another one than buy a cheaper make. Although Apple may not offer much free servicing, the service centres are convenient and useful, as you can leave your player with them and go do something else while you wait for it to be fixed or diagnosed. Overall good value!
