Apple are vastly becoming the worlds number one electronics manufacturers. With iPods, phones, Mac computers and even web based music technology under their belt and new products being released every day its a wonder consumers can keep up with whats hot and whats not!
The iPod classic in my opinion is still THE BEST product to have been released from Apple. iPod touch, iPhone and all the other highly advanced in design music players from Apple are fairly unreliable and are quite hard to use. The iPod touch and the iPod shuffle can get quite annoying, especially when you 'accidentally' change the song without intention which happens rather frequently. iPod classics are distinguished as being easy to use with a large memory, un-flashy design but compatible to hold more than enough of what is needed. The simple to use mechanism and buttons mean shuffling through your songs and music videos is a painless affair and this is partuclarly helpful for those who are not too technology-friendly. The iPod classic is no larger than most of the other Apple iPod models and it fits nicely in your pocket.
The earphones that come with the iPod are a pretty standard affair. Nice and loud with good bass for a while but sadly even though they are Apple orientated they don't last very long. I would recommend purchasing some longer lasting ones to fit the quality of the iPod itself. The instruction booklet on how to set up iTunes and how to work the actual iPod are fairly simple and shouldn't cause too much hassle. The manual guide is clearly written and should be understandable to even the younger consumers. The only disadvantage with this iPod is that it is an old model and if you are highly focused on buying the best things at the time this might not fair down so well. If you are not particularly bothered then this classic iPod model will become one of your best music playing friends!
