So my old third generation ipod (you remember the 4 buttons at the top) died about 6 months a go and i've been meaning to replace it ever since. Where do i start?! This is so different then my old one. Better off course! The one thing i remember it took hours to transfere my songs from pc to the ipod. But with this i pluged it in and started syncing and my little under 4000 songs only took over half hour to transfere. And of course it recharges while its pluged into the pc so theres no need to rush to find a plug socket.
With this newer model the battery last long, the screen is brighter so there is so many improvements!
This iPod is more then a music player, Its a media player. You can store photos, music videos, tv shows, movies and of course music (with its artwork). And with 80 GB you'll have trouble trying to fill it up!
A cool little feature is "Cover Flow" which lets you flick though the artwork of each album kinda like a jukebox makes looking for a song easier and quicker then before just by running your finger along the click wheel.
The only disadvantage i found is that you have to download itunes which is fine but others without the internet may find this a major hurdle.
