I have never really been into MP3 players, walkmans and all other portable music gadgets but i have recently started training to do a half marathon and to reduce the risk of me dying of boredom (rather than me just keeling over through lack of fitness)whilst completing numberous long training runs i finally decided to buy the ipod shuffle.
Oh my god, this product has changed my entire opinion on hi-tec gadgets. The sound quality is crystal clear and it holds that many songs that even at my padestrian pace i will never get through all the songs before finnishing my run. Because its so light weight including the earphones, i dont even notice im wearing it and although i was concerned that the wires for the headphones might become annoying whilst running you dont notice them either.
You have the option to run your playlist from start to finish or mix up the order randomly so you always get variety.
As you have probably realised im not one for modern technology and look for cost and performance which this delivers on both.
This will set you back under £50 and worth every penny

Advantages: Very strong and portable. Extremely good value for money. Disadvantages: Some may prefer a larger capacity. Other than that, no disadvantages at all.
