Since purchasing my iPod Touch on the day they launched I've been nothing but pleased with my purchase. The storage space isn't currently an issue for me, I could however see it becoming a problem in the future, or for people with a large library of music. In that case I would recommend the 32GB model, or perhaps the iPod Classic.
I did encounter one problem with the headphones breaking , but Apple quickly sent me a replacement and the broken ones were sent back, free of charge. The problem was that the left ear bud became very distorted (especially when a lot of bass was present) and a lot of static could be heard alongside the music. Did I mention that the iPod Touch has been beautifully designed by Apple's superb design team, making the iPod not only functionally pleasing but very aesthetically pleasing too. The touch screen is on par as far as I'm concerned, it never misses a touch or swipe and works flawlessly when navigating music, making finding your favourite track a breeze.
I suppose the only downside would be the metal casing on the back of the iPod, this has however been a problem on almost all of the newer iPods and we can only hope Apple find a new way to encase the rear of the iPod. For those unaware of the aforementioned problem, the rear of newer iPods are encased in metal, which gets scratched incredibly easy, making the rear of the device very unattractive.
If your having trouble choosing between this product, and the other iPod models, I recommend asking yourself whether or not 16GB or 32GB is enough for you now, or will be enough in the future? If your not much of a music lover, maybe the Nano would be for you? If you have a large music library, or don't want to find yourself running out of space soon, then the Classic would be for you. If however like me, you fall in-between these categories, and care about having stylish products, the iPod Touch is the perfect companion for you and your music.

Advantages: the design of the ipod is fantastic, the amount of new updates and applications you can get for it Disadvantages: cannot think of one off the top of my head!

Advantages: Has games that can be played, and has access to the internet. Disadvantages: Since it is a touch screen it is kind of hard to keep it in my pocket cause it changes on its own.
