Ordered an AEG washing machine after speaking to a friendly sales person. I wanted to go for another model but was recommended one which had a few more features and more energy friendly and this one also looked quite nicer than my original choice. Happy with my purchase so far especially after it came on time and delivery arranged quite quickly. Delivery drivers were quite nice and helpful and took away the packaging for me. I think the website can be a bit better but it was a nice simple website to use and colours are nice. Better than most websites though. Hadn't heard of Applianceplanet ... more

Excellent Service from Appliace Planet 18/08/2011

Advantages Excellent customer service and prices
Disadvantages Delivery not as quick

Great. Straight forward ordering process because of the simple website I was contacted to let me know that items were in stock and when they would be delivered as some of the items had to be ordered in. All delivered as promised and in good order. The price was also very good, £40 cheaper than the next company I was looking at Good sales people, very friendly, they kept me informed by emails and sms quite alot. Would definitely recommend this retailer. Only small problem was that I wanted delivery a bit quicker but I was fine to wait 2 more days. I think their website could look a bit better ... more

very good value f/f. Te freezer has nice large baskets and seems sturdy. Reversing the doors it quite an ordeal, definately a 2 person job. bottle rack in fridge is great, but look carefully at the door compartments, as they are small and strange, and would not fit a 4 ltr supermarket milk carton. less

I ordered multiple products from this company, washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker. I got a good discount offered intitially after calling them about delivery and other bits about the product After I placed the order I was called up again few days later to arrange a delivery date and I was given a few options. I couldn't get the exact delivery date due to the manufacturer not delivering on that day but that was ok with me, The staff seemed very friendly and quite professional and keen on getting my business. Buying multiple products together I got a very good price compared to any other ... more
