I bought a Hoover washing machine. Machine is fine thanks to Hoover - Model: HNWL 7166 Washer Dryer. My initial exprience leaves me to say... an absolutely useless, intimidating delivery team - not professional at all. They were supposed to arrive between 7-11am, but did not turn up until 6.30pm. I had to wait in all day. At 4.30pm (15 minutes away from me) it still took them 2 hours to get here. I did not feel I could inspect the item properly, ...

Good choice of products, unbeatable prices. You can choose a delivery date and the day before that they call you to agree for the slot. You do not need to spend extra money for this service and you have also free delivery if you spend more than £ 299! The only problem is that you need to reselect another date if the product is not in stock, as the web site does not tell you the availability. I was very impressed, this how the order progressed. 1. Placed order 11Jan 2008 @ 1430 (hob and cooker hood). 2. Same day @1730. AD phoned me .. hob in stock but hood delivery would be about 2 weeks , would I like to select another hood manufacturer? No, did not want to change the order. 3. 19Jan @1500. AD sent e-mail and then phoned to confirm items now in stock and delivery would be 29Jan. 4. 23 Jan and also 25 Jan AD telephoned to confirm delivery ...
...between 0800/1200 on the next day and that the delivery van driver would phone when on way. 6. 29th Jan van driver phoned half hour before delivery @0830. Arrived on time unpacked the goods and offered to dispose of the packaging. I would definitely use AD again, they are so very considerate. ...
