They seem to be a genuine company with very good prices, the down side is that you need to be a bit more patient with delivery date and communications can be a bit slow. Buy with confidence but be patient. I ordered a Bosch upright freezer. Company can be a little slow answering the phone and don't always call back. My guess is that they have few staff to keep costs as low as possible. They were the cheapest dealer by some way. delivery took 4 weeks.

I bought a Bosch WAE2446SGB Freestanding Washing Machine and they managed to deliver on the third working day! Also excellent communication via email and phone. I really wish all internet sellers acted so professionally.

Bought an AEG dishwasher (F35085vi) from appliance world. They were the cheapest by far. They took some time to answer the phone, but once through, staff were polite and ordering was straightforward. Machine was delivered 3 days later, very early morning which suited me. Very pleased with dishwasher performance. Its very quiet and easy to use. Seems well built. Would definetly recommend AW though in my experience, its the way a company handles problems that sets them apart from others. Glad to say I had no issues.

Just used appliance world for the 1st time, what an refreshing experience. Emailed them over easter weekend about purchasing fridge freezer. Tuesday morning got an phone call from a very pleasant girl who couldnt do enough to help me. Lucky enough there was a delivery on the wednesday in my area and the helpfull young girl managed to get my goods on that van. ...believe i have managed to get this for around £200 cheaper than anywhere else. Fridge freezer arrived in top condition and is installed and working . Company is not interested in chasing the items, I guess it is a kind of internet company with someone just setting there reading the e-mails but there is not really customer service department as such. Also you do not have the extended warantee option, you have to shop yourself to buy it from somewhere else which sometimes workout more expensive. ... Read review
