The company do give an estimate delivery period, but they never stick to it. Do not bother to chase the delivery of the item from the manifacturer. If you choose them, you have to forget about the item as it takes ages for them to get it. I assume the manifacturer only interested in dealing with big names first like Boots or Sainusbury's ; then other companies like appliance world will come last. Company is not interested in chasing the items, I guess it is a kind of internet company with someone just setting there reading the e-mails but there is not really customer service department as such. Also you do not have the extended warantee option, you have to shop yourself to buy it from somewhere else which sometimes workout more expensive.
