DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I too was dismayed to read the reviews regarding them and the company "IA SOLUTIONS Ltd" who take the money from your account on their behalf.
I was acually really surprised to get a refund within the 14 days (2 days in fact), but "hey presto" it was taken out again within 24hrs, I now have the inconvenience of cancelling my card so it can't be used by them again, my bank have been really good. SOMEBODY PLEASE STOP THIS ... ...can now inform you that 5 months after taking the money from my bank account, Appliances4you (who have now withdrawn their website) have refunded in the ammount full, thanks to HSBC and Trading Standards for their help. I hope Appliances4you are spending the interest wisely they have made from my and others dodgy dealings. ...
