Disadvantages: The application takes time to load + it may take a little time to get used to.

Advantages: Plenty of new options and great value for money.
Disadvantages: Confusing to install.

I find the new CS3 runs quite slow if left on for a while on my operating system which is OSX. There are plenty of reasons why it would be a good buy, these include quick opening times, plenty of new options to create quality work and even though it is expensive i have found it good value for money because of the amount of packages you get within it. ...are installing the programmes they have made the keycode different. You have to drop the box into the programme then it takes a few minutes to work. Disadvantages: Lower sythn sound quality that other programs. eg Logic.

I have been using this product since 2004 and its potential and versatility hasn't run dry yet. What i love about this program is its ease of use and its versatility. Versatility in the way that redrum, nn-19 and NNXt can import wav files up to 24 bit from any samples pack available on the market even today. So running out of sounds is never a problem. ...to come up with something new and fresh almost instantly but with a bit of time and dedication wonderfull things can happen. The speed at which you can convert ideas into reality with Reason is unbeatable. The only gripe i have about this product is the lack of sound quality of the Subtractor and Malstrom when compared to say Atmoshere by Spectrasonics or any of the sythns bundled with Logic.
