these are great scooters and the speed is great, and there cheap to insure, mine only cost £260, bargain, the only thing that could be a bit better are the brakes, they should be a bit more responsive, but other than that its a great scooter, if anyone out there is considering getting a scooter i reccomend this one, i wouldnt reccomend getting a 50 cc moped, eventhough you can de restrict them, (only if your over 16), they can keep up with the traffic, ... ...your 17 and get a 125, it keeps up with the traffic, and in most cases its ahead of the traffic, it only costs be about £4-£5 to fill the tank up full and it last for a long time, its an excellent mode of transport compared to a car, i love cars but if your on a tight budget, id definitley recommend a scooter, its very low maintenance and low to insure, give it a try, thanks for reading my review ... more

The Aprillia SR125 is a good looking Twist and go scooter with the Italian pedigree that any self respecting "scrot" should have.
It is a reliable steed, which lets face it has been the downfall of many a Latin thoroughbred, which ticks all the right boxes in its
category.
It is great around town with all the off the mark grunt you need.
One small setback. Its 2-stroke engine,which allows for the SR's superior performance over many 4-stroke competitors, ...

Advantages: fast as pie Disadvantages: expensive for what it is
I have always wanted a aprillia then my dadbought me one.I was so happy bragging it to my mates at college.It is very fast and stylish.It costs a mint though but im not complaining i didnt buy it.It definately is worth getting and is a babe magnet.
I ride down the country lanes on it and it hits a nice 87 mph which leaves me feeling like a first class motor hippy.
You can buy one of these for nearly a couple of grand but can get it cheaper second ...
