Divas written by Rebecca Chance was published this year and is a great read.
I have only recently read this book and i borrowed it from my local library and I can see from the inside it has been very popular!
This Book is about a young beautiful woman named Evie Lopez, she started life as pole dancer and grabbed herself a sugar daddy. When she abandoned this career, she bought a swanky penthouse in the luxury Manhattan.
Evie is a mistress to a young girl Lola's father and when her father falls into a coma and her stepmother controls everything. The stepmother 'Carin' eventually evicts Evie and steals her diamonds.
Lola and Evie have to team up even though they are enemies to defeat Carin!

Advantages: Fun read, escapist read, well written, enjoyable Disadvantages: None
Lola Fitzgerald has a pretty charmed life. She has every designer piece of clothing she wants, holidays on tap and homes around the world courtesy of her rather rich father. But Lola's world is thrown into disarray when her father falls into a coma and Lola's stepmother Carin cuts off all of her funds immediately. Her situation gets worse when Lola discovers the existance of her father's mistress Evie Lopez, and her fiance is thrown into rehab for drug addiction. Lola wants back what is rightfully hers but she is forced to team up with Evie to catch Carin out and get her out of her life once and for all.
