If you only want to own one HI FI system BUY THIS ONE ! it's the best I have ever had after many years of owning different systems. It is simple to use, minimal contraols and produces the sweetest, crystal clear sound I have heard. even comparing it to systems costing three or four times the price. I have it playing through B&W 686 speakers and the sound is superb! I have added the optional "r@dock" to enable playing my I Pod, again superb ! even linkingh to the TV the result is stunning. At around £500 rrp it stands up favourably in price to the ArcamSoloMini and comes in silver or black finish with machined aluminium fronts and a classy blue display on each unit. It actually appears slightly retro in appearance although the remotes are a bit cheap looking. The silver units can be found for as little as £349 without speakers so its quite a bargain.
Sound quality for such a small unit is really clear and well defined with a warm bass typical of Teac ...
