Advantages: Cheap accomodation, good technology courses Disadvantages: South side of Huddersfield looks a bit grim, due to the darkness of the stone houses
...I have studied at the University of Huddersfield on two different degrees, BA and MSC. The reason I came to the University of Huddersfield was the excellent library facilities. Since I started my studies there, the facilities have improved, and there are now more computing facilities for all students. The more modern departments, such as the School of Computing and Maths, and the School of Architecture, are superb, with no expense spared on equipment. + one year out work experience (optional, but counts later for the part 3 qualification)
+2 years ft Diploma in Architecture
modules:
main design unit (main project)
supporting studies:
technical & environmental studies...

Advantages: academic reputation, social life, inexpensive to live Disadvantages: Exeter can be quiet at times

After carefully studying the University's prospectus which was subsequently sent to me, I decided that I would attend one of the university's open days to get a taste of what life at Exeter University was really like. After arriving here on the open day, I instantly knew that I...
