IT'S HUGE in MEMORY capacity and in size. absolutely unpocketable!! but for this price, i think it's a bargain! will i get it? i very much would prefer the 60GB. which is a lot smaller in my opinion, but er, but....apart from that they pretty much do the same things, my brother has been going on about it for a long time, it seems like it's worth it, and for the price which this 250 giga bite media tablet is being sold, i would definitely recommend it to anyone. it can basically do and has got everything the ipod touch and iphone has got, and even better, being able to get videos in High Definiion is very amazing for me, I wouldn't buy this as a gift, I am definitely going to keep mine ...

Advantages: 250GB of internal memory!! At a reasonable price, too! Disadvantages: No major disadvantages. Not as quiet as I believed it would be.
I purchased this drive as an upgrade of my Acer Aspire laptop's 60GB 2.5" internal hard drive, and so far I have been delighted with it!
The reason I chose this drive in particular, was due to the fact that it is an ATA drive (not SATA). ATA is the older drive technology, and as my Acer laptop is a few years old, it unfortunately does not support the more recent (and higher capacity) SATA internal drives. SATA drives are far more widespread now and are a bit easier and cheaper to find than the older ATA drives, but if you have an older laptop model, you will probably have to buy an ATA drive such as this one.
After searching high and low, this 250GB drive from Western Digital was the highest capacity ATA internal drive I could find at a reasonable price, and so far it has not let me down!

Western Digital are a well trusted company, especially for computer equipment. 250GB is a massive storage device, you could store ALOT and with low power consumption makes it even better. Looking at the prices too this is a real bargin! I really recommend this hard-drive, the real-time data protection will help if your computer ever shuts off. It is also a 2.5-inch hard-drive which usually associates with laptops, however there are some desktop computers which could use this. If you did want to buy this for a desktop computer but your computer could only use 3.5-inch then you could buy an external hard-drive shell which could plug straight into your computer OR laptop through USB or Firewire. Overall I think this is a very nice hard-drive and a good bargin at the price it's avaliable for. ...
