I got this two weeks ago from boysstuff.com for £149.99 delivered. I have been really happy with it, and at the price I got it rates as one of my best ever purchasing decisions.
The mp3 player sounds great, and getting your music onto the player is incredibly easy. It can sync with windows media player and a number of other programs including media monkey, which is the one I use. With media monkey, I can either sync my entire music library in one go, or choose songs or albums individually and hit the sync button - dead easy and the songs are transferred quickly (about 5 secs per album).
I was also pretty suprised by the quality of the video. Personally I would not want to watch a movie on the 2.2" screen, but I have watched a couple of episodes of Family Guy and Curb Your Enthusiasm while getting the train to work and it was fine. Getting video onto the payer is also quite simple as windows media player actually automatically converts the videos on your hardrive to play on the Archos when you sync. For example, you pick a video from your media player library and add it to the sync list, and when you click sync media player will automatically convert that video into an Archos compatitble format and then put it on the player.
You can also drag and drop music and video (or indeed any other type of file) into the Archos, and it can be used as a portable hard drive.
The gmini can also be used as a photo viewer and it can also function as a games console. It comes bundled with some demos - most of these games suck though and are more like mobile phone games than PSP.
Finally, the Archos gmini 402 comes bundled with a whole bunch of accessories - you get an AC charger, a usb link cable, a cable that allows you to directly connect the gmini to a digital camera so that images can be transferred directly, cables to connect the gmini to a TV or hifi and a pretty sturdy carry case.

(+) Great screen quality and size, built in speaker and stand. (-) The only downside is that it is fragile, and can be hard to get used to the on screen keyboard.
