Words cannot convey the level of contempt that I bestow upon Argos.I find the concept of going there to shop horrifying and I break out into a cold sweat when I think about the humiliating sequence of events that follows choosing your item.

I find being screamed at from over a counter and then being handed the wrong product very irritating,and this advert just goes on to compound my hatred for Argos.Firstly....how appropriate that Status Quo should provide the background music.They are as redundant and irrelevant in our society as Argos is.

The advert itself is bright and colourful,but this is done purely to distract our attention away from the fact that its an Argos advert.This advert suggests that at Argos you can get "whatever you want" but this is rubbish.You can get whatever you want as long as its gold and hanging from a chain or has the potential to leave an imprint on someone's forehead in a fight.

The collection area is shameful to extremities.You are bawled at to collect your stuff.....as you approach,you realise that this isn't for you,but the 14 year old girl behind the counter insists you take home this breast-feeding kit that MUST be yours.

My advice to people in the high street is this........don't go to Argos.....please don't be swayed by Francis Rossi and the rest of his trapped in the 80's cronies.Just go shopping properly.....for the sake of humanity.
