My experiences shopping at Argos, have been pretty good, up to now.

I find the customer service a little lacking sometimes, "A smile wouldn't go amiss".

However, the service is otherwise good. The staff are always polite and helpful.

If and when, i ever have to return a product. I never have any problems.
However, i am basing this on my own experiences with Argos.

The service is a little slow sometimes. But otherwise very good.

The quality of the products on offer, varies between, good to excellent. However, i believe, Argos offers fantastic value for money.

would i ever recommend shopping there? the answer is yes.

Just don't always expect a smile.

It's only my opinion, but it's an honest one.

Advantages: Argos has a new strategy
Disadvantages: I do not like the ordering system in their shops. i think that you should just be able to take it off the shelves.
