Argos Deluxe Stroller

Advantages: A lightweight but sturdy buggy with good safety features
Disadvantages: A bit difficult to steer

...turned to my old faithful Argos catalogue where I found this buggy. In the catalogue as the Deluxe Stroller it seemed to have everything that I was looking for at £19.99 which I thought was a very good price. The buggy itself has a fairly plain design but is nice and bright in red and blue. It is ready fitted with a fabric hood/sun canopy which I know usually costs about ten pounds to buy seperately. ...I liked about the rain cover is that there are no stiff clips to fasten it onto the pram, you just place it over the hood and then fasten it around the handles with velcro strips (which takes seconds to do) then hook the bottom onto the pram just above the front wheels. ...already browsed the Index and Argos catalogues at home I knew what they had to offer and had found 1 that was of interest. I then visited Toys'R'Us and Mothercare World to look at the wider range that these large stores offer. Unfortunately although they did have basic umbrella style strollers on offer from only £12.99 I found them uncomfortable to use with my daughter in as they didn't have swivel wheels and none of them came complete with raincovers ...
...I returned to Argos to ask if I could view the pushchair of interest before purchasing and the staff were polite, helpful and efficient in getting one from the store and opening it for me to try it out. After only a couple of minutes having looked at it and trying it out with my daughter in it my mind was made up and I bought it. ...cope with the gravel carpark to well it didnt go straight at all.when on level ground it seamed beter but the wheels were very wobbely not quite fixed but not swivel. so it didnt go in a straght line.with us also having a small dog it was imposable to push one handed so my poor mum had the dog and the other pram to cope with.i found lifting the buggy up curbs quite heavy to.when it came to putting the buggy down i met a problem to in the instructions ...
