    Advantages Advantages cheap, decent sound, portable

    Last Christmas I was out shopping and had a brainwave that I would quite like to get my son a small CD player for his bedroom. He had had a child’s version with a little microphone and things but the door on it had broken rendering it useless so I thought I would opt for a more adult looking one, but it would need to be relatively cheap. I wandered into Argos knowing that they have a value range and it was one that I had purchased things from before and as a rule had never had any problems with them.     I decided to buy a little radio to listen to in my office at work as I hate working in silence, although I can hear a lot going on and people do come in and out all the time, I like to have some background noise. So I had a look through the argos catalogue for the cheapest radio they had, as it was only for work, and I didn’t want to spend much at all, incase it went missing! This radio cost me £15, and it is portable. It has a handle on it, that your can flap down, and the aerial is quite long.
