Arm & Hammer Baking Soda Toothpaste

Disadvantages: not great taste,doesnt lather bubbles much

Well it's not my favourite but I use it because of the whitening effect and it's cheaper to get hold of.Right I use two toothpaste and do try others sometime,so that I can compare which is better.I have been using this one lately with a colgate freshmint one. ...against your teeth, quite literally rubbing the top layer away. Removing the top layer of stained enamel, leaving you with cleaner looking teeth. To be honest, it was not a particularly nice feeling, a bit like scratching your fingernails down a black board.
