This is undoubtedly one of my favourite after shaves. It is light, fresh and very different from the usual musky aftershaves for men. Plus it smells expensive! It is a light citrussy fragrance with rounded musky/woody undertones which make it good for nights out, but essentially this is a day time fragrance, much like the new Armania Mania. ...this is for the young (and young at heart) professional - suitable for business meetings, as well as a night out on the town. It is very distinctive and you do not need to wear a lot of it - it lasts exceptionally well with just a tiny splash. As a result I don't use it as an aftershave, but as an accent fragrance. One of my friends wore this exclusively for about a year, and when I recieved a bottle for Christmas, I was elated. On her, it smelled like citrus, on me it smells a little of cinammon and cloves, on my sister it smells like the ocean, and on my mother it smells like vanilla. ...Giorgio Armani - Acqua Di Gio is a wonderful scent and gives off a strong masculine scent that reminds me of the summer. It has that nice feel about it. I like to wear it in the summer months when the sun is out, as it seems to belong in this time of year but it can be used anytime anywhere. I first came across this fragrance when one of my mates was wearing it at football. I knew of it before and I heard that it was impressive stuff, but when I smelt it I immediately thought I had to have it. The first thing you come across is the bottle. With a slim-line rectangle shape bottle that is smoothly curved at the sides, Acqua Di Gio gets top marks for its bottle. The bottle is not revolutionary but rather, fits the part. ...Italian style is second to none and nothing says style and sophistication like a man who takes good care of himself when grooming. This is why I always turn to my favourite aftershave, Acqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani to give me that extra edge and self-confidence when I venture out into the big wide world. Sitting within it's frosted glass bottle, the aftershave appears to try and be understated, and this is obvious when you get down to the actual ingredients and blends that sit behind this enchanting aroma that makes you feel alive, slightly feminine but with a masculine edge to set it aside from it's female counterpart, also available within the range. ...Those of you who are also on dooyoo man have read my latest fragrance review on Tommy Hilfiger's fragrance ''Tommy''. If you have read a lot of my reviews you will see that there are quite a few fragrances that I have reviewed, I have also done a couple of Hugo Boss reviews. Here is my review on a fragrance I was given for my 20th Birthday Acqua Dio Gio from Giorgio Armani. I don't have this bottle anymore but still remember the distinctive fragrance. The bottle as you can see is a very stylish looking one with ''Acqua Di Gio Giorgio Armani'' written on it. The cap is just a usual bottle cap and the bottle has the normal sprayer that you find on nearly every perfume.
