This review is also on my dooyoo account under the username alexcatt97. You can find these treats in pretty much any pet shop you go into such as pets at home or at most supermarkets such as Asda or Tesco and everywhere the price you pay is at a very cheap price ranging from around 40p to 75p dependent on the shop. This particular bag of treats I have been buying for about 5 years now ever since I bought my own hamster this was the first bag of treats I bought and now I give them to all of my pets as I own a Syrian hamster, a Dwarf hamster and 2 Guinea pigs and it is they favorite. Advantages Advantages Cheap, last ages, hamsters like them.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Smell a bit weird.

Our one and only family pet is a long haired Syrian hamster called Sam. We have owned Sam for nearly two years now and he is very much a part of the family. He lives in his Rotastak compound on a table at the top of the stairs. The chocolate drops come in a small plastic and foil ... more

Advantages Advantages cheap, a good small treat

Disadvantages Disadvantages none for us if used correctly

My hamster Jasper was very spoilt and so at Christmas 2010 I bought him a small animal stocking which was filled with various goodies (In case you are wondering, yes I did wrap it up for him to open!). The stocking was made by rotastak and one of the items in the stocking was a bag of choc drops. My hamster now is called Harry and he also has a bag of the choc drops for treats. The choc drops come in a red foil bag. On the front of the bag there is a picture of a what I presume to be a cartoon hamster which is dressed in clothes and juggling! There is also a picture of the choc drops as well ... more

Advantages Advantages Hamsters loved them, sensibly sized packet, don't spoil

Disadvantages Disadvantages not suitable for dwarfs, can be expensive in some shops

After buying these for my Syrian hamsters, I can safely say all seven of my hamsters loved them! they aren't very nutritious so should only have one every other day or so,but for how long they would last if you only have one hamster they are well worth the money for how much they are enjoyed. the packaging is very small - handy if you don't have much space. they also don't spoil very fast, so they will work well as a very occasional treat. they are also fatty so shouldn't be fed too much! these are not suitable for dwarfs(Roborovski, Chinese, Russian Campbells, Winter White) due to the sugar ... more
