Very briefly, part ex 2 cars for a Maxda RX8. Had a cherished number plate so planned to collect car a week after purchase. Kept ringing to find our new reg no but they never rang back (after I left at least 8 messages). When the guy did finally ring it was to say we could not collect car and it would be the following week providing the log book with the new reg came through. I kept ringing all week, again got no response to my calls. Contacted Head Office twice and at 3-30 on the collection date, we were finally told we could collect the car.
Great, you may think , but no, the problems have only just begun!!! Driving along, spotted tax disc slipping off window so had a look and there it was, tax disc for a completely different car! Went straight back and our "really helpful" saleman said he would contact the other driver. 5 days later and upteen calls later, I am still waiting for this to be rectified.
DON'T USE THEM....THEIR COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS IS DIABOLICAL.
