bought a honda civic from Arnold Clark in motherwell on shields road! Car alarm constantly went of throughout day and night- along with other problems regarding car. wrote a cover letter and checklist and handed it to them...most of the criteria has been rectified, however the alarm is not sorted after 4 visits in an attemp to get it repaired! the branch said they would disable alarm till new sensor arrives but they did not disable the alarm although they said thay had!! anyway- 3rd visit i left car with them to get sorted- I returned the following day after recieving telephone conversation ...
