Advantages: Looks good, sounds good, cheap to buy. Disadvantages: Makes a 50cc bike illegal at 16 just like any other exhaust.
...I have an Aprilia RX50 racing, 2006. I have an arrowexhaust on it. it was already on there when i baught it, but the standard exhaust restricted it to 25 mph, but the full arrowexhaust kit makes it go to 55 to 60 mph. It looks alot better than the standard exhaust. They are easy to get hold of if you want one. For a full arrowexhaust system usually costs around £185. Arrow make many exhausts for many different bikes. When mine had the standard exhaust on it sound like a broken hair dryer like a standard moped, but now it sounds like a 125 cc motocross bike. I learnt how to ride it in 15 minutes, that was the first time i have ever ridden a geared motorbike. Even my dad loves it and he has a Yamaha R1 which is 20 x more powerful. All those people thinking of getting one, get an arrow. Hope this helps....

Advantages: THE SOUND Disadvantages: wont cope in traffic
...The ducati is a very good looking bike to me the best looking bike ever! It is one of the best handleing bikes i have ever been on it also has that sound to it as you hit 6.000 revs the power just kicks in and just humms no good for long streaght roads because it begins to drive you mad but around those A roads and B roads it is amazing . Ducati are very expensive as you probabley know well so are the parts you have to deffinetley get them serviced which is expensive so by now you know that to have one you have to give them some tender lovong care.If you want the propper race exhaust they are about £1.000 pound to buy but thet will give you that bit extra power to beat your mates....

...is smart, just doesn’t make sexy.
The wheels are three spoked and rising up from the front one are upside down forks (USDs). Everything about the styling of the Monster is rounded. Even the headlight and mirrors are round and the front end is kept uncluttered. It omits unnecessary items such as a rev counter and sticks to having just a speedometer and a small bank of warning lights. The rider’s seat is quite low and from there the bike swoops gently up finishing in a short rounded tail piece. On most Monsters you can’t carry a passenger, but on some of them (like ours) the tail piece is a pillion seat; which to be honest gives a rather precarious seating position for any passenger. It’s not something I’d fancy trying out; I’d rather stick to the riding seat!
There are lots of nice finishing touches like the way the twin exhausts sweep upwards...
