Advantages: Looks good, sounds good, cheap to buy. Disadvantages: Makes a 50cc bike illegal at 16 just like any other exhaust.
...I have an Aprilia RX50 racing, 2006. I have an arrowexhaust on it. it was already on there when i baught it, but the standard exhaust restricted it to 25 mph, but the full arrowexhaust kit makes it go to 55 to 60 mph. It looks alot better than the standard exhaust. They are easy to get hold of if you want one. For a full arrowexhaust system usually costs around £185. Arrow make many exhausts for many different bikes. When mine had the standard exhaust on it sound like a broken hair dryer like a standard moped, but now it sounds like a 125 cc motocross bike. I learnt how to ride it in 15 minutes, that was the first time i have ever ridden a geared motorbike. Even my dad loves it and he has a YamahaR1 which is 20 x more powerful. All those people thinking of getting one, get an arrow. Hope this helps....

Advantages: Faster than a speeding bullet Disadvantages: Where do I put me socks?
...doing with a high performance motorcycle?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Riding it fast usually!
I own a YamahaR1 1000cc Supersport motorbike. This bike tops out at 179mph and has enough acceleration to obliterate my bra at that kind of speed (should I have been wearing nothing else upon opening up the throttle). I know about knees in the breeze but rippling nipples would be quite something else.
The bike is a 2004 model with the under seat twin exhausts and it is RED. The most popular colour for the new model instead of the bland silver / black version, or the "seen it all before" blue and white version. The red is not the normal run of the mill red of course; it's more a metallic deep red. Very sexy, but doesn't quite go with any set of leathers out there which incorporate red, as red...

Advantages: lots of fun to ride, great handling, funky looks Disadvantages: slow, requires lots of modifications to get the best performance (but it's worth it!)
...I'll be honest here, I bought this bike on its looks alone. I saw it in the dealers and it made me smile. There's just no other bike that has the TDR's looks!
The TDR shares many components with Yamaha's other 2 stroke 125's: the DT dirtbike and the TZR race replica. The engine and gearing are exactly the same as the DT - a watercooled 2 stroke with crankcase reed valve induction. The TDR accelerates quickly like a dirt bike but doesn't have a very high top end. The frame is the super stiff steel deltabox variety and this combined with the suspension and wheels makes for great handling. The frame is so stiff it could easily handle an engine kicking out 2 or 3 times the power of the TDR's. The seat is high up off the ground, again similar to the DT. The wheels sizes are 18" front and 17" rear. If you are under 5"7 you might want...

Contrary to what most reviews of this device have said, I find the design quite appealing and the buttons feel nice to use. It feels well made (unlike some Bush products) and I imagine it could withstand quite a bashing (though I haven't yet tested that... more
