It is exceptionally well laid out and the information contained is presented in a way that is sharp and contemporary, yet grounded in commonsense and best practice. Advantages: A Fabulous, Good Value Read of the Life of Judy Garland
Disadvantages: None. Unless You Dont Like the Work and Life of Judy Garland

...A moving, inspirational and insightful book of the Life and Works of the Talented and Intriguing Character that is Judy Garland I chose this book based on one reason and one reason only, because I knew that Hollywood was a dangerous place and being a great admirer of Judy Garland's work and strength and wanting to grow up into that profession, knew it would be a book that would give me an insight to how life will challenge me. To be able to read her biography was an honour to somebody like me who has done nothing but be in ore of her and her voice since as far back as I can remember. Now that I have read this book I have now learnt so much about the person I want to be, the career path I want to take and the sort of life I want to prevent. ...I have a few favourite actors and actresses and as a christmas present i asked for an autobiography of a few of them and was bought this book Scenes from my life Judi Dench. This was edited and introuced by John Miller. When i looked in waterstones to see whose biographies they had Judi Dench had this and one other biography (which i would like that one aswell) but i was bought this one and is still a good read. Scenes from my life was purchasd from Waterstones at £12.99 and can be bought from other book shops too. This book is full of pictures of Judi Denchs life and they are all in different chapters starting with her family in chapter one and finishing with some off duty moments in chapter eleven.
