Advantages: Excellent story for those who like King Arthur storries Disadvantages: Almost too gripping
...The story starts with an old monk writing his memories in a monestary. His name is Derfel, he is about 70 years old and he used to be one of King Arthurs most trusted warlords.
This first book starts of the Arthur triology tells through Lord Derfel the story of the death of King Uther and the fight which starts for the throne. The grandson of Uther is still an infant and the noblemen start to fight among each other, until a young warrior comes across the channel and unites Birtains kingdom after many years of war - his name is Arthur of Normandy.

Advantages: well written and entertaining Disadvantages: the use of celtic names
...Stephen Lawhead has once again brought the celtic world to the life for us to enjoy. The Grail breathes new life into the legend of King Arthur. Like the previous four books before it the Grail is able to stand alone but is a fitting end to his Pendragon Cycle.
The charecters come to life as real living and breathing and bleeding heros of a bygone time. Facts and myth are merged together so finely that it is hard to tell where one stops and another starts. For anyone captivated by the Arthur story this is a must read. For myself and all lovers of celtic stories there is nowhere else to turn for those stories to be given new life. Stephen lawhead will leave you feeling that the ancient magic is still alive and well hidden in an ancient oak grove waiting to be found again....

The The Original Rider Waite Tarot Pack is actually a small box containing the deck and the world’s tiniest book on Tarot. The enclosed book is The Key to the Tarot by Waite first published in 1910 with the forward added in 1993. The cards are a true copy of the original deck and no attempts have been made to modernise the deck which retains its timeless, ‘other-wordly quality’.
For those who are curious the ‘circle’ on the front of the box is actually...
