minor characters in the book too and these are a diverse mix to say the least. From Laura's dowdy parents at one extreme to some very colourful authors at the other; all are interesting and integral to the story.
I found the pace of this book just right. It was nicely relaxed with just enough going on to keep my interest and make me want to read more. I am very glad I did because once again KatieFforde has written a very enjoyable book. There is a good combination of humour and poignancy and two main characters you cannot fail to like.

I was, however, a little puzzled by the choice of title though as it does imply that there might at least be an exchange ...
Advantages: interesting characters, three intertwined stories keeps you interested Disadvantages: towards the end it seemed to veer off course

May is 24 years old and living alone on a canal boat named The Rose Revived, which she acquired through a split with an ex-boyfriend. Advantages: still readable Disadvantages: weak characters and plot
A while back I read another of KatieFforde?s books, The Rose Revived and enjoyed it, so when I was looking for new books and spotted a copy of Living Dangerously in a charity shop I decided to buy it.
~The Plot~
Polly Cameron is 35 years old and works in a café with her best friend Bridget. She lives in a small cottage with only her cat for company, but insists that she is happy being single. She has a busy life anyway, what with assisting in a ?Save our high-street? campaign to stop beautiful old buildings being torn down, and she is also a potter attending craft fairs and the like with her pots regularly.
When old friend Melissa attempts to set her up with a handsome and wealthy bachelor, David Locking-Hill, Polly feels a slight attraction but brushes it away as she doesn?t want a relationship. Not long afterwards, she ...
