...Sep 2006: My previous laptop was a Compaq Evo N1050v of 3 years. It eventually needed replacing and after a long research period, I made up my mind to go for this Asus F3JA. ...This baby has already been abused here in my rig, and it still delivers. i have installed 2 of this babies and my rig runs nearly 24/7 and it still delivers its performance. its been 1 year since i bought this memory modules, and these have been thru so much heat and power interruptions (the power supply itself) but still did not surrender. the blue heat spreader works excellent, dissipating the heat rapidly. i even test my rig using science mark 2004 and it performed well in the test. One warning for this memory module is that it needs a lot of power. So be sure you have a larger power supply capacity. Aside form having good looks this modules can deliver what they where made for..... Read review

...The backup module is to my mind the one absolute must-have accessory for the Visors. It is an 8Mb flash module that slots in the Springboard slot, and makes a copy of the contents of the memory of the Visor - all the appointments, settings, phone numbers, programs - everything. And it does it within a couple of minutes. Once inserted, the Visor runs the backup software on the module, giving you the option to back up the Visor or restore from the backup module. Select the option, and off it goes. When it is done, pull the module out and the Visor goes back to whatever it was doing beforehand. This was my first introduction to Springboard modules, and I was extremely impressed at the way it just... worked. No fuss, no need to install anything additional, just slot it in and go.
