Advantages: Something different, no added colours, contains vitamin C, vegetarian. Disadvantages: Sickly, packed with sugar, basically horrid!

I like the range of drinks offered by Shloer and the white grape and peach one is my favourite of their products so I thought this squash would be especially nice.

They come from a range of 50% fruit high juice drinks, well squashes which have some nice sounding flavours (all shown at the end of this review) these two flavours appealed more than the others hence me choosing them.
I like the range of drinks offered by Shloer and the white grape and peach one is my favourite of their products so I thought this squash would be especially nice.
The bottle is nothing particularly special, it has a slightly longer neck than some bottles of squash with a spiral design working its way down the bottle apart from where the label is.
The label is very pale in colouration with a background of white grapes and peaches. The label clearly shows the offer of any 2 for £2. It says, "White grape and peach high juice with added vitamin C. Dilute to taste." They recommend that you dilute it one part squash to four of water. Toddlers should have it weaker than that though. I personally find the way they suggest to be too strong but it is one of those things, which is just down to personal taste.
The main ingredient of this squash is in fact sugar. It contains 30% white grape juice from concentrate and 20% peach juice from concentrate.
It is very high in calories at 103 calories per 250ml. Not so great!
We usually buy sugar free squash, as I don't see the point in adding extra sugar into our diets on the little things like this, this squash has confirmed my thoughts on this.
The bottle being see through means that you can easily see the colour of the squash, it is very pale and it looks like very watery apple juice to me.
In the bottle the smell of this juice is very sweet and it is easy to tell the flavour as both grape and peach is evident.
Once diluted the squash is almost clear, hardly any colour remains, my other half jokes that it looks like weak wee.
Now the taste, when is the last time you had peaches from a can that came in syrup? I haven't had them for years but I remembered the taste as soon as I drank this! It is so sweet and rather sickly just like that syrup.
The grape flavour gets lost a bit too much for me because of how overly sweet this drink is. Even when you have it made with only a tiny bit of squash it is still too sweet, it is just like drinking sugar water.
Overall it is not that refreshing, it is nice enough but I could not drink more than one glass of it because the sickly taste is just too much. It certainly wont quench a real thirst!
I have a sweet tooth and it is even too much for me. I had such high hopes for this squash and I have been completely let down by it. It is on the side and has hardly been touched. I can see it ending up in the bin where we are so disappointed in it.
Had they put less sugar (a lot less!) in then it could have been a very nice alternative to orange squash and something that almost anyone would like but as it is it just doesn't even deserve another purchase unfortunately. The taste should be of the fruits not the sugar!
Do I recommend it? NO it is so sweet you wont even want to finish the bottle!
I can only give this one star as it is so sickly and I don't even want to another glass of it let alone to finish the bottle!
Contains NO added colours. Contains Sodium Benzoate and Sodium Metabisulphite. Is suitable for vegetarians.
