Advantages: Cheap reliable and good print outs
Disadvantages: none

...Currently on offer for £26.87 in ASDA is this rather neat looking all in one printer. It is from HP so you know you are getting a quality product. It is perhaps a little bulkier than recent printers I have purchased, but with it having a Photo Copier and a Scanner I guess I can easily forgive it for this little hic cup. The unit as I mentioned is largish being that it is 6.8 inches high and 16.76 inches wide with a depth of 10.22 inches, but in this matt black box is a host of features for a measly £26 quid. My main reason fro changing printer was that this baby was £1.50cheaper than buying new cartridges for my ex Lexmark printer. I did take the opportunity of pricing replacement cartridges for this before purchasing, and they are fairly priced being about £12 each for the black and the colour. There is provision for the use... Read review

It does exactly what it says on the box
Review of Lexmark International X75 by biddie2

Advantages: It does what it says on the box,and its easy to use.
Disadvantages: It takes up slightly more space than my last one.

.... The ink cartridges run at about £25 each which is on a par with my last printer and it came eith a black and colour cartridge included, it also holds both cartridges at the same time, which my other printer didn`t, and I had a lot of swapping over to do when making cards etc. Another great feature is the highly visible ink levels for both cartridges, this shows on the bottom of your screen whenever you are printing any documents. I bought it at our local Asda for £89.97 which I thought was pretty good as an additional flatbed scanner alone would have cost me around £50 - £60 pounds. I`m well pleased with it.... Read review

Scientific Calculator
Review of Casio FX 83 MS by bluejules

Advantages: Easy to use, reliable, batteries last AGES!
Disadvantages: No solar panel to back up batteries

...!) and it is still in perfect working order. I have carried this round in my school bag almost constantly since I got it (apart from the odd time I left it at home after doing homework or when I was actually using it!) and it sometimes got shoved to the bottom of my bag with lots of things on top of it but it has never come to any harm. The cover is starting to look a bit scratched though this doesn’t affect the functioning of the calculator. ~ Where can I get one and how much does it cost? ~ This calculator is currently retailing at £6.80 from amazon.co.uk. I think I paid about £4 through school four years ago so if you are at school it might be worth asking your teacher if you can get one through them. Shops such as Woolworths and Asda also sometimes scientific calculators so you may get one from there :-) ~ And Finally ~ This is a very good... Read review
