Advantages: Cheaper and very cheerful! Disadvantages: Have to eat it all in one go!
After many years of indulging in Ben & Jerrys ice creams, I felt I needed a change, I have to be honest as much as I enjoy the afore mentioned ice cream I feel it is very costly to purchase so thought I would try one of Asda's own brand makes
I will review the "cookies and cream" ice cream from Asda's extra special range as it is one of the nicest ones I have tried.
~~~~~~ THE ICE CREAM ~~~~~~
The ice cream comes in a 1 litre tub with a delectable ... ...scoops in a bowl oozing seductively over the sides, with the " extra special" logo running down the left hand side of the tub.
The tub is round in shape with a resealable lid in case you can't eat it all in one go, have to be truthful it hasn't happened to me yet but a nice thought! The label is very sophisticated in colour all creams and silvers, with the afore mentioned picture taking centre stage.
